The Easley Parks and Recreation Department is partnering with Foothills Community Foundation to start a foundation in honor of Joe Lesley. The purpose of these funds is to provide financial assistance to those who desire to participate in the City of Easley's recreational programs. This is to ensure every child who has a desire to play sports has opportunity to play.
