An inspection sheet will be left on the job site stating whether or not the inspection passed.
-
Construction sites are to be kept clean from mud and debris being deposited onto the streets; silt fences and graveled drives should be maintained to prevent mud from entering streets and neighboring yards.

Inspections require a 24 hour notice. It is the intent of this office to schedule inspections within 24 hours of phone call, if time and scheduling allows.
-
A re-inspection fee of up to $50.00 may be charged for inspections not ready when they are called in.

Final Inspections need to have everything completed (including landscaping) before a Certificate of Occupancy will be issued.
